Mr. Blake McAnally became the third owner and president of Pugh Wright McAnally (then Pugh, Wright and Associates, Inc.) in 2004. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, including serving as a primary contact for all customers. His design work includes civil engineering for site grading and drainage plans, storm water management plans, roads, utility systems, and commercial development. Mr. McAnally is also actively involved in the project management, scheduling, and verification of the execution of project requirements for the firm's various projects. Prior to becoming president of the firm, Mr. McAnally worked with the firm for four and half years as a project engineer. Additionally, he has more than fourteen years of experience with a national multi-discipline engineering and environmental firm. Mr. McAnally earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Mr. McAnally has 32 years experience.

Mr. Richard Humphrey has served as a project manager and lead engineer with Pugh Wright McAnally since 2006. He currently is responsible for the design and review of civil site plans, subdivision construction plans and plats, industrial site design, and municipal projects. Mr. Humphrey's project duties include engineering design, budget reviews, coordination of client and review agencies, and management of the design staff. He also coordinates and oversees the schedules for the firm's survey crews. Mr. Humphrey has served as the city engineer for Hartselle, AL.  Mr. Humphrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.  Mr. Humphrey has 25 years experience.

Mr. David Lewis has served as a lead engineer with Pugh Wright McAnally since 2007. He is currently serving as Project Engineer for various ALDOT projects which PWM provides the Construction Engineering & Inspection for the City of Decatur on projects such as West Moulton Street Widening and Spring Avenue Widening. In addition, Mr. Lewis is also responsible for the design of civil site plans, industrial site designs, municipal projects, and various other unique and complex projects that are taken from concept thru completed construction. Mr. Lewis’ project duties include project engineer, construction management, engineering design, budget reviews, coordination of client and review agencies, and management of the design staff. Mr. Lewis provides horizontal structural design and design of reinforced concrete, having been in the construction industry for eight years before joining PWM, he commands a practical experience of construction methods. Mr. Lewis earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Mr. Tomberlin joined the Pugh Wright McAnally team in 2011. He is currently responsible for the design of civil site plans and project management for numerous projects with the firm. His design work includes civil engineering for site grading and drainage plans, storm water management plans, roads, utility systems, and commercial development. He has over 13 years experience as lead engineer and project manager on residential development, commercial development, municipal development, and institutional development. Mr. Tomberlin has led the design of multiple utility projects throughout his time with PWM, including water, sewer, and gas. Mr. Tomberlin earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.

Mrs. Puckett has served as a lead designer for Pugh Wright McAnally for more than 15 years. Mrs. Puckett is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pugh Wright McAnally designer staff, performs quality control for all of Pugh Wright McAnally's projects, and is well known among the legal community for her ability to decipher the most difficult of legal descriptions and title commitments.
